grace rally judith plus one

At a rally at Grace Church on Sunday, October 18, Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney made a commitment to end the practice of solitary confinement for 16- and 17-year-old youths in the county prison system.

The rally was organized by the Alliance of Communities Transforming Syracuse (ACTS) and was attended by members of many faith communities. Thank you to everyone who turned out in support of ACTS and The Grace Project youth prison ministry.
